Computer BSDO due to ntoskrnl.exe

Hi guys recently I have been getting hit with the continuing problem of a BSOD, I have tried a variety of items and nothings fixed it it just crashes unexpectedly without a 1 minute warning I hear that other people get with the ntoskrnl.exe I will and try and attatch the file and hope you helpful people can help me fix it, if I cant upload it the problem is called ntoskrnl.exe+4f90b. (I think its a Memory issue from what I gather)

machine was up for only 5 seconds. most likely the CPU reset. Ie I would be looking at power problems and try to fix them rather than focus on the bugcheck.
very common for a GPU to use too much power and the motherboard to reset the CPU to stop the condition.
