Can not boot into Windows or Windows Setup except after turning up the CPU's Core Voltage

Hello,

I've completed a new build with an ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger and an Intel Core i7-6700K. I have the following problem: I can not get into the Windows or Windows Setup except when I turn up the CPU's Core Voltage. What can I do?

Default Voltage is about 1.264 Volts and its booting from 1.3* + Volts.

I have the following hardware:
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger with latest BIOS (1402)
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB-DDR4 @ 2133 MHz
Disks: M.2 Samsung 850 Pro SSD 500 GB
Video Card: Asus Nvidia GTX 970 OC 4GB
Power Supply: Corsair RM750

Your config seems alright,

1. do a memtest using appropriate available tool - if that turns out alright

2, You might need to RMA your CPU, it is a rare chance but it happens sometimes your CPU V CORE are not stable.

Thanks for your help. I just want to give the solution: My processor was OK, it was my motherboard. I returned it to Asus and they sent me a new one. Everything is running fine now!
