Hey everyone, so a friend of mine is having PC issues, it's disconnecting from WiFi. She has an Alienware X51 R2. What happens is every 10 minutes or so, her computer will drop WiFi completely. It's not like the WiFi stops working, her PC disconnects from it like it doesn't recognize the network, and she needs to put in a password to reconnect. (She doesn't actually have to put in a password, her computer remembers the password, but she has to manually select our WiFi connection and reconnect.)
She also says that it reconnects very slowly. I don't know if these will help, but these are her basic PC specs:
GTX 745
6 Gigs of Ram
i3 - 4150, 3.5 GHz
