is AMD A6 6400k enough for dota 2

atleast at medium settings

here are the exact specs:
processor: AMD a6 6400k
mobo: gigabyte f2a68hm-ds2
ram: 4g ddr3 pc 1333 (x2 2gb) note: should i change the ram to 8gb ddr3 pc1866/1600 (x2 4gb)
seagate 500gb hard disk drive sata
casing with psu 500w

need some suggestion

very tight budget

That propably won't fit his budget... and also really isn't necessary for DOTA2
When you're planning on gaming with integrates graphics, use some fast RAM and keep in mind that the integrated graphics use up some memory as well, so 8GB 1866+ would be the way to go
If you can afford that, upgrade to at least an A8, you're not gonna have fun with a single module/2core A6
You also should look out for the Kaveri series (7xxx), they have more performance and also better support for games ect

I don't see any video card. If you're planning to play on the integrated graphics it won't be enough. O recommend you getting a gtx 750ti or buy an i3/i5 and a new mobo for skylake architecture.
