Can two 980 ti run three 4k monitors at 60hz

You aren't going to get 60 FPS on 3 4K monitors with high settings with 2 980Ti. You basically need 2 980Ti to play on a single 4K monitor with maxed settings at 60 FPS. I don't think even 3 or 4 way SLI would get the job done for 3 4K monitors.

I have 4K surround, although I only play 1440P surround mostly cause I only have one 980 ti hybrid. I just tested battlefield 4 for you....40-50 fps fully maxed, which is understandable I get around 90-100 fps at 4K single monitor maxed.
There are a lot of games though that you wont be able to, even with two TI's....I've tried GTAV, witcher 3 and crysis3 and those were like 20ish fps with one TI, so you wont get anywhere near 60 in games like that with two. I bought my monitors for the cards comin out this year.
