So I recently had a nasty virus and had to reinstall windows. I DID use the same disk. I did a full and clean install. Didnt notice issues at first, until certain games on Steam wouldnt run. I have 16 GB of ram installed, but they still wouldnt launch. After a lot of trouble shooting, I realised that the computer and BIOS saw i had 16 GB, but can only use 3.45 GB. I pulled the RAM sticks out, put them back in, dusted out the computer, updated BIOS, anything I could think of to use all of the RAM. Can anyone help me with this issue?
