Hello,

I have an Inspiron 5537 and as far as I know, there are 2 video cards on this laptop that are supposed to be switchable ( the Intel one, and the AMD one).

The thing is, apparently my system does not recognize the AMD Radeon video card at all. It doesn't show up on my devices manager under Video Devices, it only shows up:

- Intel HD Graphics 4000

I tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall the both of intel driver and AMD driver the installation goes well but after restart nothing happened as if i didn't install the driver and AMD still doesn't appear in the device manager.

I can really use some help in this.
thanks in advance..

Solution
You should try installing all the other necessary drivers first, until you are left only with the video card as unrecognised (the little yellow sign in device manager). Also please check the BIOS to see whether there are some settings there regarding the switchable graphics.

Then try installing the intel driver first, then the AMD driver + ATI catalyst control center. Please use the drivers from the official Dell support site, download section of your model.
