Depends if its optimized for integrated graphics and practically hardly any games are because if you want to game you nowadays you get dedicated video card

You don't buy a laptop for one reason, what else are you going to use it for? As a long time ago I use to have an i3 laptop with integrated HD 3000 in it and god I hated it with a vengeance. So gave it to mum and I build a gaming pc which I utterly love to bits....Mum hates the laptop, she understands now why I complained about it so much.

Yeah I completely understand, however gaming PCs aren't portable, I need to be able to take this to university. Regardless of this, I only want to play world of Warcraft, low to medium settings. Casual gaming

Ive for this for 300

Dell E5550
i5 5300U @ 2.30GHz
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
Intel hd 5500

Which would you go for? The HP or the dell. The HP is 380 the dell is 300. Is there really that much difference?
