What PSU would you recommend for this build

Everyone said that my old PSU wasn't good enough so could someone please tell me a good budget PSU for this build. Good for overclocking to. Thanks If anything else needs to be changed in my build please just say it. Thanks

I think this PSU shood be fine. I have it and it is great. It's running my GTX 770 without any problems and it's quiet.

I would not recommend CX psu's toms hardware lists them at tier 4, they perform well out of the box but are known to degrade quickly there are better options for the price. And you dont need near 750 watts for that system unless you plan to add another 960 in sli in the future or something.

I recommend going up to 400w. Nvidia recommends on their website that 960 4GB systems have at least that much. Also, peak psu efficiency is when the psu only uses about 60-70% of its total wattage. Go 400w
