Hello.. I got some question here..

1: Will I need to reinstall Windows 7 if I only change my motherboard??

2: What is the different between Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and Home Premium OA 64bit, can I activate Home Premium with Home Premium OA's key???

1 If exactly the same board No.
2 It is basically the same. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Activation is also known as OA. It basically is OEM basic input/output system (BIOS) activation -- meaning they've activated it already and you don't need to enter the key and activate yourself.
