I work at a school district and have a laptop that deactivated. Error says has to with communication to the KMS but I clearly see that server on that laptop. Secondly I can't just type in a product key either as it wont let me. I tried through command prompt and system but there's no way to get our enterprise key into it.

How do I activate this laptop without having to completely reinstall.

I added a picture. Whats circled in red does not exists for me. It simply says unavailable.

To add I can manually connect to the KMS server it will activate but as soon as I restart its deactivated again. Also this Laptop (Teachers workstation) software is all activated. This in our KMS server is all one image for the workstations (Obviously depending on model number). Only this laptop has the problem which tells me its not our KMS or Image we use.

They just say reinstall which is not of any help.

I'll check into that. I am part IT department. We are going through a mitigation of switching to newer server. we just setup the new KMS (newer Hardware) but everything else seems to be working except this one laptop.

Didn't think of that. Thank you. I will try that and let you know how that goes.
