I am planning on assembling a Desktop PC for my personal use at home. I am pretty low on budget. I am a .NET developer so I have to use software like visual studio or MS Sql Management studios . I love watching movies on my PC I am am addicted to internet and therefore always have at least 8 tabs open on chome. I am not a PRO Gamer but I would love to be able to play most games(uptil DEC 2015) at high settings without lag. I want to get all this at the least cost possible.
My MAX budget is 33000 INR
I was thinking :

Intel i3 6th generation
GIGABYTE H81M-S1 Motherboard
Kingston Fury Memory 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz
ZOTAC Geforce GTX 750 ti GB GDDR5
1TB HDD
Antec ASK-4000B-U3 Mid Tower Cabinet
Cooler Master Thunder 500 Watts PSU

Please give me your suggestion on the configuration that I have listed above.
If there will be any compatibility issues. Or bottlenecks or if I can do with something else which might be cheaper. I do not know if I should go with i3 6th or 4th generation . It seems they are not very far apart as far as cost is concerned.

I must add that I am not likely to significantly upgrade my PC in future. I have been using a Dual Core processor with 2 GB RAM for 6 years now. I did not upgrade it. Now I am replacing completely. I plan to do something similar with the one I will buy now.

Solution
Unfortunately im in agreement with the above & with your budget the 750ti looks to be pretty much the only option.
Going up to the next range of cards - gtx 950/r7 370 ups the price from 10000inr to 16500inr - that's an insane increase & not in line with other international prices at all :-/
The 750ti is OK but realistically you're looking at medium settings max with newer titles.
Keep your eyes open for an r7 265 if you have local shops , it seems to be unavailable online as its an older card & is sold out everywhere but it pretty much crushes the 750ti for around the same kind of money if you can find one.

1st, you can't use an Intel 6th gen CPU on a H81 mobo, those are only for the 4th gen CPUs.

Could you tell us what's your total budget and if it includes just the tower cost or also includes monitor, peripherals, etc. For some people low budget is $400 and for others is $1000. Also knowing your currency will help.

If you want to do some gaming, what games do you want to play and at what resolution?

My max budget is 33000 INR. It includes tower cost. (peripherals not included)
I am aware that its impossible for me to get best gaming PC at this budget but I would like to get the best I can at this budget or lower.
I have a 22 inch monitor 1920X1080 resolution. I am not sure what game resolution I should expect at this budget. I would like to be able to play battlefield 4 at high settings without lags

My budget is too low for SSD or i5.
My budget is mere 33000 INR (excluding peripherals of course)

Can you afford this build? I think it's pretty good.

EDIT: Since your budget is no more than 500 dollars here's a build around that price range.

I can afford $457.81 but I will have to see if I can find all those components mentioned by you in India. Thank you very much for your suggestions.
Can you tell me what difference it would mean if i choose intel build that I have mentioned.
If there is a compatibility issue I can go for 4th gen if that would fix it.

^ pretty much mate yes - the gpu's are the main problem expense wise.

A gtx 950 retails at 15-16000 inr which is an horrendous price - the equivalent of $240!!

Been in this scenario before with Indian members - you are pretty much looking at a i3 4150 or an fx 6300 on the CPU front to even stand a chance of keeping in budget.

Both those CPU's retail at 8200-8500 inr which is just over a quarter of the total budget.

Must suck to build PCs in India. I wonder how difficult it is to import. Same build I posted earlier but a cheaper GPU would give you:

Yep it sucks to build PC in India. (only for those who are on a budget)
I think I am gonna go with the configuration you have suggested. Gtx 750 ti 2Gb. This is what I had in mind before I posted this question.
Would you by any chance be able to tell me what are some good games that I should be able to play on high settings at decent resolution using this configuration?

You should be able to play pretty much anything with a 750Ti. Maybe not always with high, but at least medium. EG The Witcher 3 is about as demanding as games get and 1080p medium gets you over 30FPS - just!

Had a look around.
This is the only configuration I can find that fits in budget

Amd fx 4300
Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard
2x4gb ddr3 1600 ram (the cheapest is simmtronics from amazon)
1 tb Toshiba dcat or Seagate barracuda hard drive.
Zotac gtx 750ti 2gb
Deepcool tesseract case (I would stick with this as it comes with good preinstalled cooling)
Antec vp 450 PSU.

Intel fanboys will say otherwise but IMO the 4300 is a decent CPU - certainly enough to push a 750ti to 100% easily.

I was going with the i3 because it would be better for SQL, .NET and Visual Studio. If I'm reading the original request correctly this is a work PC first, gaming as a secondary function. Having said that, I do agree, I hate it when people say stull like "an i5 / FX 8xxx is absolute minimum for a gaming machine" when that's demonstrably not true - so long as you have at least 4 threads you're going to at least be OK. The FX 4300 would be a fine choice and definitely an upgrade on a Core 2 Duo (I presume that's what he is using now).

I've actually used that exact motherboard - a friend who had a Phenom ii x3 and 2Gb of DDR2 RAM wanted to upgrade to 8Gb of RAM last year. Instead of buying more DDR2, which would have been a waste of money, he bought that motherboard and 8Gb of DDR3. I put it all together for him, was a decent build, plays Battlefield and Fallout lovely.

^ tried to piece an i3 build for under his 33000inr budget - just couldnt do it at all.
Best I could manage was 35000inr - the 4300 is 6200inr, the i3 haswell & skylake are both around 8500inr so it left it really as the only option.

Those items above in Amazon.in come to 32499 inr.

How much difference would I see working on visual studio etc or gaming if I go for i3 instead of FX 4300 suggested by you?
