Hi everyone,

I have a R9 390x graphics card with triple fans. I am planning to overclock it. I have three questions:
1. How much will the lifespan be shortened if I overclock it heavily?
2. Is it a good idea to replace a triple fan system (it is a VTX3D card) with a liquid cooling system?
3. What is the maximum voltage increase that would not cause damage to the hardware?

Solution
The lifespan of the card will decrease depending on how much you apply on your overclock. I would avoid increase voltage to prevent future degradation. Water cooling the card would help with temperatures but won't be a significant factor in the final overclock.
