It's worth even $100. Hell give him $40 for all it matters. Still a great chip especially for someone who doesn't have a GPU. However what is your PSU? Will it handle it or will you need to get a new PSU?

wow thats a great deal, as long as it works fine. Make sure your power supply is enough to run it. 430w or better is recommended.

Yeah, you will have to, just get a good one which you can transition to a newer build in the future.
