I just want to mention that this is my first time building pc, and I don't know should i even build it now or wait for pascal gpus, so here are my questions:
1. Build now or save more for pascal because we are already in 2016 and people say like Q1, Q2 is final period and timings, just when I was looking infos about new pascal cards, they was like so bether than maxwell ones (will that change be noticable in 1080p gaming like pascal vs gtx 970)
2. Buy now skylake processor with z170 or wait for skylake s, because people say dont waste money now wait some more skylake s will have 50 % bether performance with pascal then nowdays one.
