Will the Kingston HyperX Savage 120GB SSD work on ASrock H61M-VG3 P1.60 with Intel core i3-3220?

Will the Kingston HyperX Savage 120GB SSD work well on these specs or do i need to add more ram? I want to use the existing hdd for storage and i'll install the system on the ssd, boot is already set to AHCI.

ASrock H61M-VG3 P1.60
Intel core i3-3220 3.3 GHz 3300 Mhz
x64-based, 32-bit OS installed
Installed RAM: 4GB
HDD sata2 500GB
1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 Slot

I also want to add a new video card (budget is $60-$70), please recommend something that works well on this system.

Thanks for answering! So i don't need to worry about the RAM memory, will the system perform well?

As for the card, can you still recommend something that you think will work ok? At least I'll have a starting point, and maybe i can adjust my budget too.

can you answer please these questions?

1. Do i need to add extra ram memory, or is it irrelevant?
2. If the budget for the video card is let's say $100, what options do i have for my system?
