I recently built a computer that was oculus ready but when I received my cpu they had sent me the wrong one. At the time I figured it was better than the intel i5 4590 that was recommended, but after the preorder and downloading the software to see if my computer was oculus ready it said my cpu was not ready. Amazon had sent me the Intel Xeon e3 1231v3 3.40GHz instead. My question is the xeon better for gaming and will it still work with the oculus, and what will I notice in my gameplay. Right now the games I play, I am able to set it on full settings with no lag, but I'm worried I will get lag with the oculus. can someone please help me?
