IM GETTING COLD BOOT AND THEN THAT SCREEN.
MY RAM IS WORKING ON 1333 Hz AND SHOULD BE 1600
PLEASE ADVICE I TRIED SOME TWEAKS AND NOTHING HELPS.

ENTERING BIOS AND THEN PRESSING DEL WILL START W7 WITHOUT LOADER

Honestly, faster ram will only make a 2-3 fps difference in gaming. I do understand how it feels though, when you are not using the ram to its full potential.

Take your cmos battery out for 1 minute, then put it back in. See if it makes a difference.
