Whole office can't connect to website

I'm in a small office with ten XP machines and a storage server running server 2008. For some reason, we can't access our company website on any machine. I wasn't sure which forum this went in and thought this was the closest. I've talked with our ISP and the site's hosting company and they don't see any problems on their end. They both tell us it's something on our end and I'm guessing it's the server. As the closest thing to an IT guy we have, where would I start looking to get this fixed?

If a command prompt ping returns a response, then the server is up/reachable and DNS is working. BUT is the IP address that responds the correct IP? If not, then the fact that your "domain" is the same as your web address might be the issue. When going to the website, instead of typing yourdomain.com try www.yourdomain.com Does it work?

Can you connect to the company website using a smartphone and 3G/4G? Try doing the PING yourdomain.com on a computer outside your network, do you get a response from the same IP address?

It might also be the fact that your computers are XP! You should NOT be using XP on the Internet anymore. Do you get the same results on the chrome web browser?
Open a DOS prompt and PING YOURSITE.COM. The IP it come back with should be a public IP, then when you attempt to get to it via a cell connection, you should be able to, no problem.

Have you rebooted the firewall yet? Maybe your local DNS server also needs to be re-started.

I was looking at the firewall and noticed the domain network is the same name as the website, complete with .com. Would that confuse things? I pinged the website and it appeared to come back with a network IP. Someone else set up the server before me so, I'm discovering things as I go.

I've got all the time in the world, really. These guys run the place as cheap as possible and won't hire an IT guy, which is why the hobbyist (myself) gets stuck doing this stuff. Since that's going to be their approach, I don't see this as an emergency as much of an annoyance.

Yeah, it was a conflict between the domain and the website address. We found out how to fix it and are getting it corrected. Thank you. I've been trying to get them to lose XP for quite a long time but, they think "it ain't broke, so why fix it?".
