Multiple simultaneous File Transfers Slow Windows 10

I have multiple internal and external hard drives that I use to transfer and store files.

When I set Drive A to transfer to Drive B I see speeds around 130-200MBps which I expect is normal for rotating drives. Then when I transfer files from drive E to Drive F they slow each other down. This happens during any type of transfer whether internal to external, internal to internal, or so forth. Any ideas on why this is happening and what I could possibly do to fix this? On my mac I have no issue doing multiple transfers as long as they are different drives working.

There could literally be a million reasons, but here's the most likely:
Drives E and F are either sharing one port (internally switched) or on completely different controllers, and data going from one gets lagged because of the location of the other drive.

Here's what you should do:
1) Make a folder that's filled with a random assortment of files from 4KB to 16KB, totaling ~500MB
2) Make a folder that has files with size >100MB each, and total size of ~10GB
3) Transfer those folders from drive A to B, then A to E, A to F, E to A, F to A, and E to F
4) Record the results and post them here.

If only transfers terminating at F slow down, your drive is likely dying.
