Hello guys, i got this problem when i clean my PC and unplug everything (CPU, etc) and plug it back (reseated). When i turn on my PC, it booted up normally but the monitor didn't turned on too and showing me a [NO SIGNAL] message. I've tried everything i know. e.g.: Reseat and clean all of my components, even the Mobo's CMOS battery. Still didn't work. I've checked my Video Card fan (just to check if the problem is at the PCI-E slot) but the fan is working properly.

Then i'm convinced that the problem isn't at the PSU, CPU, RAM, and Motherboard while i plug my VGA cable from my monitor to the motherboard's VGA slot and it's working fine. Is the problem is in my video card or only its connector(s)? The video card itself got 3 connectors: VGA, HDMI, and DVI-D. HDMI and DVI-D didn't seem to work when i tested it with my VGA-to-HDMI and VGA-to-DVI-D converter.

Can i somehow fix it via software? Change my BIOS settings? Updating the driver, maybe? Or can i just replace the connector with a new one? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

My PC components is:
- Intel Pentium G2030 CPU
- AMD Radeon R7 240 Video Card
- ASRock H61-VS3 Motherboard
- ASUS VS207DE LCD Monitor
- 4 GB Samsung RAM (single-channel)
- 1 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
- And AcBel CE2 400 PSU.

Solution
first thing i would do is try your pc without your graphics card (see if it works)
then switch your gpu slot
then switch your vga power cables
then try it in another pc

Unfortunately, no at the moment. :/

What 6-pins? If it's from the video card, R7 240 didn't use any additional power connector. It only consumes 30/35W.

I've tried to plug it in my VGA slot at my Motherboard and it's working properly.
VGA power cables? The blue one?
I will bring my PC to my friend's place and test it on his PC there..

BTW, my problem is solved with my weird and random method:
1. Turn on my PC
2. Press F2 to enter UEFI BIOS while my numlock led light is turned on
3. Press reset button on my case
4. VOILA!

I know this sounds random and stupid but it works! Thanks for your effort guys!
At least i still got several months left to save my money to buy a new video card without the old one getting broken first (i know, i'm poor).
BTW, anyone got a scientific explanation on my method? Why it works? Thanks!

i was assuming your card needed extra power, if your method works then i wouldnt worry about it
