So I just installed a new cooler yesterday which is the TX3 EVO, my temps are great, inmediatly -20°C. I was running the stock cooler on the I7 4790k.
But I am wondering wheteher my the pins are correctly installed, the EVO is pretty steady in there, it's not able to move around etc, let's say. But this morning I checked it again and one of the pins were still moving meaning this guy was not locked... And now I am wondering whether I locked it good or not. Here is a picture of the backplate where you can see the pins.

Is it normal for them to still be open? I am just getting paranoid right here because one of them wasn't locked in tight, they are all 4 now pretty tight here, and the cooler is not able to move and my temps are what I expected them to be with this cooler.
