As long as you have a proper product key to install with, that should be fine.

You can get Windows 7 oem home premium keys from ebay. I've bought 2...all genuine and registered fine. Regarding the media. Try and borrow one from a mate. This is not piracy. You pay for the licence key not the media. Don't think you can download an oem version from Microsoft now.
