Need help on Graphics Card upgrade

So my cousin bought me a pre-built PC for my birthday but I've realised the GPU is pretty weak.
What upgrade would you suggest.

specs -

Intel I7 6700 3.40GHz
16GM Ram
Nvida GTX 745 4GB

Well i would reccomend you nvidia over amd beceause of drivers. Amd drivers are just terrible and amd sales are also terrible you can say that amd is dying. Most games support nvidia more than amd what so ever just go with gtx 970 or 980 if you can
