Budget gaming PC build for $700

Hello guys,
I have been researching into building a gaming PC for a $700 budget. I don't need anything else but the components I have put down. Please give me some advice about the components I have put down. Is there something better for the similar price. Is something a waste of money... This is my first pc bulid so all your help is much appreciated.

Well, no one can provide you a legitimate answer on that, but don't get yourself worried. If we look to the history of Nvidia's price chart, we can assume what could be the difference in figures. I don't think the price would be something to be worried about, yes maybe a bit expensive but no too much.
