Need Help for Budget Build

Hey guys, i need help my budget is $1050 for a gaming PC i would like the AMD 390 card with 8 GB because i do hate that 3.5 GB fiasco from Nvidia.

only problem is i cannot buy from Newegg, NCIX , Amazon like Americans do i'm in the Philippines and there's only 1 website i can trust, and buy from.

Total, around 47 000
Pretty much best you could get.

i mean a complete build with HDD, fans, cooler etc..

sadly i prefer the r9 390 because of that 3.5 gb fiasco cuz of nvidia.
