Can I upgrade my RAM with this?

Hey guys, I'm noob at RAM compatibility, can I get some advice please?

This is the specs of my family's computer: LINK derived from CPU-Z

I know they need an upgrade, but I need one first :)

Can I replace that single RAM (M378b5673fh0-Ch9 Samsung 2Gb Ddr3 1333Mhz Pc3-10600 240Pin Non-Ecc Unbuff) with the 2x2GB RAM (M391b5673eh1-Cf8 Samsung 2Gb Ddr3 1066Mhz Pc3-8500 240-Pin Ecc Unbuff)?

If it's possible, can you tell me how it will affect the system?

Your system should respond a little quicker and multi tasking will also be easier since there are now more memory resources to go around.
The fact that the replacement memory has a slower speed rating will not matter as that system would have been down clocking the 1333MHz stick anyway since the memory controller on the CPU does not support 1333MHz memory.

How will it will affect the system?

I know the processor is old so I shouldn't expect any increase in multi-tasking, but with the new RAM, what can I expect?

One more question: where do look to see that the CPU's memory controller doesn't support the 1333MHz. I see a lot of MHz.
