Can, but performance wont be great, better off using a Nvidia card if you want Phsyx. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1730136/physx-amd-gpu.html

The software should already be a part of your PhysX game installation. Just fire a game up and, if it allows you, enable PhysX. It will kill your framerate in most circumstances, and in many cases the setting to enable PhysX will be grayed out.
