RAM does not work after re-added CPU

Hello,
So, I managed to change thermal paste for my CPU and as soon as I added it and turned on the computer, RAM red LED is glinting. I have not touched the RAM. But i tested that right now both RAMs are working only in 1 socket. BIOS is updated to the latest one. Any help? :/

In some search, I have found that i have to change something in BIOS but not sure what ...

I am sure that I have to make something in BIOS :/ I checked sticks and they are fine fitted and they are working ...

Yes in BIOS "XMP Profile" needs to be set.

Sorry for my stupid question but could you tell me what XMP exactly means? ^^ And what I should set there? 1333 or 1866 ? As far as i know, my motherboard supports 1333 :/
