The clue is in the Socket name. The i7 4970K is a Socket-LGA1150

That motherboard is an LGA-2011 v3 Socket.

So therefore no...it wont fit.

I understand it's in the socket name but I was just wondering if it would actually fit if I was lucky since I had a hard time finding a good one that has the LGA 2011 socket but I had a hard time finding a good motherboard with the LGA 1150 socket. Anyways thanks.

Unfortunately not.

The different sockets are for completely different Chipsets on the motherboard. The 2011 socket was designed mostly for high-end workstation/server grade hardware.

The 1150 socket is geared towards consumer desktops, that require less power.
