CPU bottleneck? Should I upgrade?

Hello everybody,

I own a Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 (Chip: Intel Atom N450@1.66Ghz/RAM:1GB DDR2-800 PC2-6400/ OS Windows 10 32 bit: All coming from factory except the upgrade from Win7 32 to Win10 32.

As you can imagine, it runs fairly slow. In the task manager, under "performance" tab, when I open Firefox, both CPU and RAM work at barely 100% (and it takes a while until the computer finally opens firefox). After it is opened, Ram is still working at barely 100% and CPu stabilizes at around 60-70%.

My question is, should I upgrade to 2GB of RAM (maximum allowed by the motherboard)? Will it make my computer open firefox and surf the internet faster, considering that there might be a bottleneck in the CPU? Will 2GB of RAM help speed up my processor or the computer at all?

The New Ram I'm considering is this: http://eu.crucial.com/eur/en/inspiron-mini-10-%281012%29/CT1201090#productDetails

Thank you very much!
