The only thing you have to worry about is your PSU. It is 500W. It is OK, but I would be a bit worried since it is a tight fit and may provide limited power. The GPU requires at least 500, and 650 is recommended.

The R7-370 will do just fine in your computer. It will fit in the PCI-E slot where you current graphics card is already at. Your power supply should have an extra 6-pin power connector so it will power it just fine. Do not listen to DarkTerbear, the graphics card does not actually consume 500 watts, not even close. Companies always over estimate the actual required wattage for graphics cards.
