HP 250 G4 CPU upgrade

I was wondering if I could upgrade the CPU in my HP 250 G4 laptop? HP offers the same laptop at a range of Intel CPU's from Celeron to i7.

how good are your soldering skills to desolder a BGA processor from it's socket and resolder the upgraded processor in its place? THat should indicate the likelihood of a successful upgrade.

You are suggesting that it is possible to desolder the Intel Celeron processor that's currently in it and resolder an i5 processor for example?
