Solution
The Intel build has a far superior CPU.
The AMD build has a far superior GPU.
Both have a trash power supply.

Are these pre-built or are you going to build them? If pre-built and you don't want to upgrade your PC and just buy a new one later, or are willing to upgrade your mobo+CPU later on, go with AMD. If you are willing to upgrade your GPU later on yourself, get the Intel build.
