Is this a good PSU and is it enough for this GPU?

Hi, the PSU is this http://neo.com.ar/productos/fuentes-estabilizadores-ups-2/fuente-xfx-pro-750w-80-bronze/ and the card is the standard gtx 980ti from MSI.

I could also buy the same PSU but with 850w because the difference in price is very small, but I don't know if I will use that much. I might try to overclock the GPU and also buy a new processor (6700k maybe) and overclock it this year or the next, is 850w needed for this or is 750w enough? It's extremely unlikely that I would ever try to do SLI.

That PSU is quite enough, even for overclocks.

I am a believer in having an abundance of power. That PSU is one of the best, made by Seasonic for XFX and will be sufficient for your PC. But if you can get the same model/brand and more power for a small increase in price, that's what I would do.
