New Pc Build Freezes

Hey, i just build a new pc about 2 weeks ago i am running windows 10 and i am having freeze issues when i am paying some games and watching movies on Plex. When my PC freezes i cannot do anything but to turn it off and turn it back on, i tried reinstalling video drivers couple times intel chip update and nothing is helping i ran out of options please help

PS: Did not OC anything yet

PC Specs:

ASUS GeForce GTX 980 Ti STRIX
Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz
Motherboard ASUS X99-A/Usb 3.1
Ram CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB)
Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-1200M 1200W ATX 12V
SAMSUNG 850 PRO 2.5" 512GB SATA III

I did BIOS Update and was watching TV Show on Plex and my pc Froze up again

If that's a site, it maybe the site. What browser are you using? If Chrome, that's probably the cause its buggy

If it uses Flash make sure it's the latest version

If it doesn't freeze anywhere else, one of the above maybe the cause

Or if its a program it maybe the program. Or your setup. However you're streaming it. If you are

Good point, and yes i am using chrome, but my pc freezes as well when i am playing Rocket league....and when watching stuff full screen.

that is the problem when my pc freezes there is no error i can't do anything cant open task manager well literary cant do anything another thing i was reading about pc freezes is it possible that my Ethernet are freezing my pc? well once i got an error when i turned my pc back on, it said IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
