Today I was working on my PC and everything was fine, but then it blue screened, and after rebooting it, none of the USB, Display Ports, or Audio Jacks work at all. However the PC does turn on as I can hear the fans start spinning and the hard-drive spin up. I cant really see whats going on in Windows as no monitor I've tried to attach (tried both VGA and HDMI and also tried multiple monitors) has detected a signal. I cant even get to the BIOS.
All of my Ports on my PC stopped working.

Is it possible to pass on your full systems specs inclusive of your OS and your peripherals? Are you sure your BIOS and device drivers were up to date? Try disconnecting the system from the wall and removing the CMOS battery for 5 minutes before replacing and see if you've made progress.
