How to install Teamviewer 11 on Xubuntu 14.04

I am trying to install Teamviewer on Xubuntu 14.04, the lts version. I have seen so much on this fourm as well as other websites that has not worked. Could somebody please let me know how in DETAILED instructions. Thanks

Yes, they also kind of confuse me. I have downloaded the deb file and it is sitting in my /home/user/downloads folder. This is where I get lost. Now that I have it downloaded what do I do? Sorry, I am an noob to linux and have used windows before this.
