system slow like hell after update motherboard BIOS

Hi. I just buy new processor (intel core 2 duo e4500). So i have to update my mobo bios to support my new processor, but after update mobo bios system is very slow. It can't boot win8 so i install win7. Do you guys have any idea with my pc problem? Thanks

You sure you flashed the right BIOS? There's also an SE version of this mobo

Someone else in this forum , flashed their BIOS, and it was for the wrong mobo. (there was more than one version of this mobo)

Yes that's my bios now, i updated to 1017 from 0902

Go into the BIOS reset it to default settings then reconfigure the settings.

On some systems, it'll do it automatically, on others it doesnt.
