I received a Samsung 850 evo 500gb SSD and after installing it it read and I was able to format it and use it BT after the first attempt to install anythkng on it the drive dissapeared and wouldn't be found. After attempting a reboot I continue to receive the BSOD with the error code Stop 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER. I cannot boot with the device connected to a sata port without receiving this error. I have tried so many different things and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, that's odd. Try the basic troubleshooting then: try the drive with a different computer, to see if the same thing happens; test it for possible errors with a diagnostic tool; make sure that it has the latest firmware update. You could also try resetting/updating your BIOS/UEFI, to see if that fixes things up.
If nothing sheds any light on what might be causing the problem, I'd recommend that you get in touch with the SSD manufacturer's customer support, to see if the guys there can think of a possible solution.

Please keep me updated.
Hey there, Matalix13.

Well, there's some good news and some bad news. The good news is that from what I was able to find out about the error, it doesn't seem to be a hardware related issue. The bad news is that if you're unable to boot to Windows, you might not be able to fix this without reinstalling the OS. It does sound like it's a problem with a driver. Take a look at this page here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2832829. It describes the cause for that particular error and it offers some possible solutions.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.

The thing is that it is my second drive I just wanted it for storage, not to put my os on. so I can boot fine and am using the system to do everything with right now it's just that when I plug the drive into a SATA port that I get the bad pool header error. I tried the hotfix on the page you recommended and received the same result.
