My computer will not boot? Please Help My first computer build

At first my computer would not output to monitor no matter what I tried now computer will just not boot up.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i GT 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Have to be a bit more detailed. Does it not power on at all, does it turn on and post, does it get to windows and blue screen? Can't just say it won't boot that could be a million and 2 problems.

The computer will just not power on at all. I have tried reseating all the cables and that does not seem to work
