Recently installed an i7, did a complete reset and wipe and whenever I play for a bit my driver will stop responding and then restart, it freezes everything including my keyboard functions and mouse movement until it finishes restarting.

I have an i7 4790k
GTX 660
600w PSU
ect.

I'm assuming it's because my card is either getting too hot or it's not getting enough power. Please assist because my 660 never did this before. Maybe I rewired something wrong after changing motherboards???
