FX8350 + GTX950 430w PSU good?

I am doing a build with the following spec:
FX8350
GTX950
MSI 970 Motherboard
1 DVD Drive
1 7200 RPM HARD DRIVE
2*8GB RAM @ 1600MHZ

Does a 430W sounds sufficient?

80 plus is simply how power efficiency use, how it takes power in and converts it to use by a computer in from the source and using it, it has nothing to do with reliability, longevity or the like

I got that PSU because it is cheap around $20. Cheap is fine, worst case, I will get a replacement.

I had a brand new Thermotake psu take out my previous pc, i thought i was smart by going cheap. $1,000 later!

I might as well get this one instead since it is only 20 dollar extra (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207030&cm_re=XFX_PSU-_-17-207-030-_-Product). The thing I don't under stand is that the one you suggested has a 80 PLUS tag but the CX430 has a 80 PLUS Bronze tag isn't Bronze better?
