Pc wont power on but psu is ok

Hey guys,
Today I went to start my PC and it does not turn on. Its as if it receives no power at all. Ive done the paperclip test and the psu works. However pc wont boot up or show any sign of power. If I hold down the power button there's a small blue light that flashes at the bottom of the motherboard continuously.
Pc specs
600 w psu
I5 cpu
Z97 gaming 3 motherboard msi
Evga 750 ti
8gb ram.

If it was working previously, what changed? Any weird crashes/noises before that? more info?

Check your motherboard manual for LED post indicators. They can give you some direction to what's going on. Those lights actually mean something.

if the led is power good led it should stay on. if it blinking then you lost the power good rail on your power supply at the paper clip test wont show it.
