When playing on a city with around 7,000 people, my fps hovers around 45 which seems low but I am not sure. But the weird thing is that from what I have read, Cities is a really CPU heavy game(I have a fx-8320 OC'D to 4.8Ghz) and the max usage from one core was about 50% whereas the GPU is hovering around the 90%-100% mark. Help!
