hi guys i bought a new motherboard because my previous one overheated an blew up. its an asus m5a97 r2.0. ive hooked it all up and it boots find but its saying that i dont have a internet cord plugged in. no lights flash on the motherboard or the router to indicate that there is a connection. i have tried to doing a complete reinstall of windows and reinstalling all motherboard drivers but this hasnt fixed the problem. have tried different ethernet cables and it still does the same.

would love to here from you guys as to what u may think it is.

Thanks.
