Please help me out, I don't have system disk, after power down, I can not boot my desktop, it keep show on screen, DISH BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER.

Re-seat your hard drive, check all power connections, reset the BIOS to defaults using the jumper on the motherboard. If it continues to give that error, install the drive as a secondary in another system and see if it will read the data in it. If it does, first do a backup of your files, then use a utility from the drive vendor to scan the drive for errors. The message you get can come from a bad hard drive.
