A strange memory related problem

I've put my new PC together around 2 weeks ago, and many problems came up.
PC wouldn't start, beeping noises on startup, and many more.
After trying a few things I found out the problem was with my RAM.
I took out my Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 @1600MHz, and put my old G.Skill 2x2GB.
My PC ran extremely good. So I took the memory to the store, and they ran memtest on it for a few hours. Couple of days later they told me that the memory was found faulty, and replaced it for me.
I took the new memory, replacing the old G.Skill, and the PC came up fine.
Until the next day, in which the same problems came back. Put my 2x2's again, and the problems went away again.
So I took the new memory to the store AGAIN, and they ran tests on it. Later that day they told me the memory is fine.

So, what could it be? My motherboard is Gigabyte B150M-D3H DDR3.
Exactly same problems with the faulty ram and the "good" ram, but they go away when I put a different set?

Bump.
I've taken the new ram to the store again, they ran the same tests they ran on the faulty card, and this one came out fine.
They claim the card is okay, and cannot provide an answer to what may be causing the problem.
So, good ram and bad ram of the same model = same exact problems, my old ram of another model = no problems at all.

I've PM'ed them, thanks.
Thread still open if anyone has any ideas meanwhile, though.

I have tried slot 4 and 1. Neither works. Also my working 2x2's are in slots 1 and 3 and they are working fine

what are the clock cycles of your old g.skill ram and what are the clock cycle of new ram. it might be 9-9-9 or it will be 10-10-10 similar kind of thing. and also check that whether it is single channel or dual channel. and also check the max capacity supported by your MOBO.

I'm sorry as I don't really understand much from the specifications of my mobo. The spec on Gigabyte's website says the following:
4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
Dual channel memory architecture <- What does this mean?
Support for DDR3/DDR3L 1866(OC)/1600/1333 MHz memory modules -< It does support 1600MHz
Support for ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
Support for non-ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules

The old G.Skill is dual channel CL9, the kingston is single channel CL10.

Do you mind explaining?
What is the problem?

the problem is that your older memory is compatible with your motherboard. which might be not compatible with your motherboard. your motherboard supports DDR3/DDR3L 1866(OC)/1600/1333 MHz memory modules. Or elase it can support ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules . and it also supports non-ECC UDIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules. so your new sticks are not having any of these configurations. or it may possible that you are using the sticks in ECC mode. but i think it is mostly configuration mismatch. so do replace your ram.

Well, I see. But what is the configuration of my Ram?

Bump.
I need some more opinions because I don't want to go and replace my ram for nothing and still have problems.
Also, the problems occur like 80% of the time, 20% of the times the computer goes up fine, and I can do everything normally. If there was a configuration mismatch, it wouldn't work 100% of the time.

I have no idea what that means. How do I do that?
