I would recommend that you change the Hardrive, for this price you can get a 7000RPM with at least 1TB

I learned actually not so long ago that the cx power supply is trash you should definitly pick another one.

and if you can afford the graphic card is a bit weak.

Edit: Here is another hard drive that may suit you better http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/cgnYMp

Awesome thanks for the reply I'll change the HDD.
For the psu would a Zalman ZM500-GV 500W with a gtx750 ti be better then?

if you can afford i think it is, im not 100% sure about the PSU here is the Tier list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Edit: My bad... So here is another option: http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/KjWNK8

You may laugh at me but i was aiming to high, you going to do a home teather setup, you not going to game on it or do anything demanding. actually a gt730 low profile fanless gpu fits you probably better. your pc need to be quiet performant and cool, on the partpick above I downgraded the GPU to a fanlless one changed the cpu cooler to a Noctua one, you should change aswell the fans inside the case for noctu fans in order to stay under 22DB. with the "extra" money I added a decent sound card because giving the price of the motherboard you will probably get static noises wathing some cool movies.
