Is adding a second fan for my CPU worth it? (Got one in stock extra)

So I bought 2x TX3 EVO's since my brother was also gonna get a new cpu, but frankly he got a free Be Quiet Dark Rock Advanced cooler so that is the one that is installed on his build. And I was wondering if its worth installing a second fan to my TX3 EVO? Will it reduce the temps with some amount ? Or is it just like -2°C etc, then its not really worth it?

And does anyone knows to remove the cooler on a TX3 evo, I can't find it jesus

Solution
If you are happy with the temperature then there is no point in adding another fan. To remove the TX3 Evo fan, you have 2 clips on each side of the fan that grab the heatsink. Remove the 2 clips with your finger nail on one side and the other side will just pop out.

Thanks, will it reduce my temps by a notifable difference?
I also removed one of the fans. But I did send a message to the company where I bought this cooler if I was able to get a refund, waiting for their reply.
